Makes one large pizza

Ingredients and directions for the Easy Home made Pizza Sauce
Note: The recipe below is half of the original recipe.
Ingredients:
1 large pizza base (either shop bought or home made)
1/2 T. tomato paste
30 ml tomato puree
3/4 T. tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. mixed herbs
1/8 tsp. sugar
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well with a teaspoon.
Cover the bowl and keep the sauce cool in the fridge until you're ready to use it. It can keep in the fridge for 3 days.

Ingredients for the pizza topping:
Easy Home Made Pizza sauce (the above recipe is good for one large pizza)
1 large tomato, cubed
1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. to 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil (to drizzle over the pizza)
Directions:
1.Preheat the oven to 210 C ( for a thick pizza base) or if using a shop bought pizza base, follow its package instructions.
2. While the oven preheats, add the basil to the pizza sauce then cover the pizza base with the pizza sauce.
3. Evenly spread the tomato on the pizza base, making sure you do not include the seeds and the tomato's juice.
4. Spread the cheese evenly on top of the pizza and drizzle the olive oil on the pizza.
5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 14-15 minutes then turn off the oven.
6. Garnish with freshly torn basil leaves ( if using) and serve immediately.
